Long-distance move from Lakehurst, NJ to Mcdonough, GA

Overall pricing.

I got a price and contract with a price paid for my down payment and yet when they came to my house changed me $3000 dollars for my move.I didn't even have a whole house to move. I had literally less than 3 rooms of a 2 level house and everything was already packed and ready to just go on the truck. I would not recommend this company at all and never ever use them again.

Good Experience!

This was my 2nd time using a moving company and I had to plan it all from another city, so I was calling everywhere until ID Noble Movers
was recommended to me by my neighbor. They worked out fantastic. The crew were super professional and polite making this experience wonderful. They moved heavy things like couches, a dresser, and other items down 2 flights of stairs without any damage.

Worst Company Ever.

Crooks, liars and cheats. All the positive reviews are paid. Beware people. These are not professional people, the staff was lazy, belligerent and unqualified to get the job done. They scratched our floors and tried to blame us!! They didn't even complete the job and just LEFT. Pay more and get peace of mind. These guys are great at lip service and the execution is terrible.

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $850

Official company response

We went to Sirat Babbar home and gave her a in home estimate quote to move her 1 bedroom apartment for a price of $1150. She insisted and begged us to do better on the price. She convinced us to give her a price of $850 because her husband and her will be moving the majority of the boxes themselves and only needed help with the larger piece furniture. At that price the company was barley making a profit. Against my better judgment I decided to take on the job with the hopes of getting a good review and keeping my men busy. Sirat quote was a flat rate price of $850 for 3 men and a 26ft boxtruck. Sirat later emailed me a few weeks before her move to let me know the condo will not allow a 26ft truck due to the height clearance and condo rules. It would have to be a 20ft box truck. A 20ft box truck was not available so I sent over a 16ft considering Sirat and her husband promised to move the majority of the items themselves and only needed us to move the bigger items such as bed, dresser, an Armoire and dining room table. They also promised to wrap all the glass items themselves so they will not be charged for any packing needed to move the items safely. They did not wrap any of the glass items or move the smaller items that were promised to be moved on move day. I instructed my men to move as many items that can fit on the truck and pack the fragile items at no additional cost. My men even left all our boxes and materials with security to try to fit more items on the truck. The move took a lot longer than expected, because Sirat did not disclose the long carry needed to move the items from her apartment to the freight elevator. This is a loss for me considering the extra hours needed to complete the job. During the move Sirst must of called the office 25x to voice her complain about how slow my men were working. (Mind you its a flat rate price and she is not getting charged hourly.) I am not making any excuses for my men but with a hostile and stressful work environment, the likely hood of injury and damages are higher. My men did damage her hardwood floors and I sent a floor professional to fix it. I spent an extra 250 to fix her floor. Sirat was looking for a free move. After her move she demanded I give her back $450 for her damaged floor which I told her NO. I  Insisted on sending a professional to her home to fix her floor. Which is why she left such a embellish review. Sirat, we are humans at ID Noble Movers and mistakes do sometimes happen. We are sorry you had a terrible experience we will strive to do better in the future.

Long-distance move from Plainfield, NJ to Lake Waccamaw, NC

From NJ to NC.

This company is a total fraud. They are unprofessionalas well as unorganized. I was quoted 2790 for a 2 bedroom move from NJ to NC. The actual moving day arrived they asked for an additional 3600 IN CASH. When the furniture was delivered to NC the balance was 8000 more IN CASH. Then they wanted another 500 in cash because the unskilled driver couldn't back in the huge semi into my driveway. Overall paid over 12000 IN CASH. Never again with this company. They took advantage of a single woman and Im out over 12k but I wanted my things delivered so I was forced to pay the balance. I only had a 2 bedroom with no large pieces. This is legalized extortion. Seems like it's a family run business that pulls the old bait and switch with customers.

Your original quote was for a total of 1100 cf which consisted of a total of 34 items 104 pieces. Your total estimated quote was for $5142.49 .When we got to your pickup address, nothing was packed and you had a total of over 250 items which increased your total cf space to 2350. You also had packing charges totaling $1987. You also had a shuttle service at delievry because the tractor trailer was unable to park in front of your house. Instead of being charged for the shuttle the driver carried the enitire contents of your house over 300 ft in the rain to save you money and not charge you for the shuttle fee which was disclosed to you prior to booking your move. It was also discussed with you by the forman onsite prior to the pickup starting. Our front office, forman and delivery driver have worked tirelessly to help alleviate the additional cost of your move. We are sadden to see you post this review after all our efforts to help you. If you have any questions or concerns about your bill or your move feel free to reach out to us at 201-648-8188.

Darius is the worst. Horrible experince.

Not only they charged me $335 more than the agreed priced, But they lost all my bedding and decorative pillows. I have tried to reach Marco multiple times and but now, he has decided to not respond.

Please get insurance before they arrive. Darius was incredibly rude and disrespectful. He was lazy, negligent and completely unprofessional. The 2 guys that were lifting everything were on point.

Stay Away.

This company is HORRIBLE. I hired them for a long distance move and they picked my stuff up 7/10/2020. I did not get my items until 8/23/2020. The legs on my tv stand have snapped off and the wood around that area is damaged, so I can't even attempt to screw them back in. A screw on my headboard is bent, and all other screws are missing. My crib mattress and headboard are also missing. Look at the REAL google reviews- not the ones they faked.

Update to Prior Review.

I posted a review here before, but it seems to have mysteriously disappeared. Tried posting on BBB but wouldn't work there either. Here's an update to it.

I thought long and hard about how best to write this review. The only thing I can say is never use this company.

Mark and Manny are some of the most condescending, lazy, and useless people I have ever had the misfortune of doing business with. They want a pat on the head for doing not even the most basic of work like answering the phone. They act as if they are trying so hard to make things right and going so far to ensure that your belongings and time with their “company” is well cared for but the reality is the people at ID Noble Movers wouldn’t know a job worthwhile or well done if it came up and beat them across the head with a lead pipe. Their resting state is acting so put out by being forced to even think about doing their job.

They work with Mega Van Lines, a broker, but ID themselves don’t own any semi-trucks. They just turn around and subcontract out your job to other, equally as pathetic and horrible moving companies. Look them up on the FMCSA website. They only have 3 registered trucks. Compare that to a company like Daniels that has somewhere around 80.

They came to my house with no movers, loaded my belongings until MIDNIGHT and then proceeded to use the old bait and switch and raised the price, which is against FMCSA guidelines that clearly state that any change in price must be stated before items are loaded. If you bring this up to them, they will just snidely remark that you have the option to say no and they’ll just dump your stuff in the road in the middle of the night. Class act right? The icing on the turd cake is that once they had my belongings, they took apart the furniture WITHOUT MY CONSENT and as a result, my 3 tier bookcase and my console table are unusable because the numbskulls couldn’t even be brilliant enough to keep the rods and legs together. And when you attempt to contact them about it, they sigh, as if they are so put out by doing their job, and say that it was probably delivered to another person because they are so busy, they can’t be bothered to look through the warehouse for your property.

Every single piece of furniture that arrived is damaged or broken beyond use. Also, they “lost” (read stole) my vacuum, bedframe, microwave and table leaf the latter of which came from a table my father, a retired Lieutenant Colonel of the Air Force, gave me. That table has literally circumnavigated the world by air and sea and not a single scratch ever came of it. But in ID’s hands, it is chipped to hell and missing the leaf that goes with it. Well done boys. Well done.

Oh, and if you’re a woman, be prepared to deal with some sexist bull. I can’t count how many times I was talked down to by these guys while they were more than friendly with my fiance. And when I posted other reviews on sites, that apparently made Manny upset but rather than having the balls to call the actual customer and make things right, he instead ranted about it to my fiance (who he stated he shouldn’t even be talking to since the contract was with me and yet he still did because quite clearly he preferred talking to him).

I’d call them rats, but a rat has more of a spine than these pathetic excuses for businessmen. They never once offered any sort of remorse for their garbage methods or this hell ride of a transaction with them. They speak exactly as they respond to any complaint on any site. As if it’s a local discussion forum. They can’t even put in the effort to try and sound professional, probably because they don’t know what that word means. They had my stuff for 33 days, and by the contract I have with my broker, they owe me $75 for being 3 days over the supposed 30 day limit.

If you try and get them to take any accountability, they simply ask “anything else I can help you with?” and do nothing but repeat the question until you hang up. Oh, but if they need to tell you how much money you owe them, then suddenly they have access to their phones and won’t shut up. They’ll give you less than 12 hours ish time to get all that money in cash, which you don’t get a receipt for. And the company they went with to deliver my stuff, Revolution, wasn’t even working off of an inventory list. Once again, ID falls short on the simplest of things, like delivering a piece of paper. They’ll never send you any emails you repeatedly ask for, but if you need to file a claim about damaged items they suddenly have your email address and will send it over in minutes! Funny how selective their system is.

So congrats ID, here’s your applause. You stole (if you seriously think you earned that money in any way you all are absolutely FUBAR) money from an already poor college graduate. I wouldn’t trust these people to pet my dog without trying to pull something over.

Good Job.

Amazing service by this group of guys. They were all incredibly fast and efficient in loading and unloading. I knew there would be challenges with size and weight of furniture, steepness of driveway, and narrow stairs, but the guys always remained upbeat and jovial. Great teamwork and professionalism. These are the kind of guys you would want to move you all the time. Final cost came in well below estimate ID Nobel Movers.

Good Experience.

Great an absolutely fantastic move with these guys. They were on time, friendly and professional. I can't recommend them highly enough. Prof Move provided an outstanding service on our recent move. They packed wardrobes, furniture, garden, garage, and tools and worked with us on our many book boxes. Even going to the point of helping me with suitcases I had packed out of my own car. Highly reputable and very professional. Thank you for helping to make our move.
